Registration

1. Registration Time: May 10th, 2024.

2. Location for registration: (offline) Hall, First Floor, School of environment, Tsinghua University; (online) official website and Tencent Meeting.

3. The time for report at each venue is 15 minutes with 5-minute Q&A section. It is recommended that all participants make brief introduction about themselves and their own group when giving reports.

4. During the conference, all participants are required to abide by the schedules and complete the oral report, while the venue coordinators will record their performance. The Organizing Committee only issues certificates to those participants who have completed their oral reports.

5. The doctoral students who make oral reports should copy the presentation files (pay attention to the format compatibility) to the computer of the corresponding session 15 minutes before the start of the session with testing. 

6. Oral reports proceed according to the predetermined order. If any reporter does not show up for the report, then his/her report will be skipped and the next participant should continue to report.

7. The scoring process should be fair and open, responsible to the reporters; judges should submit the scoring sheets (online) to the venue coordinators for follow-up arrangements.

8. The participants are requested to enter the venue on time and in an orderly manner under the guidance of the staff; Please do not bring snacks, colored drinks and other items into the venue. Keep the venue clean. No smoking is allowed in any place in the building.

9. The “National Environmental Conference for Doctoral Students” will be video-recording the keynote speeches and some oral reports at the sub-venues. Please keep quiet during the conference.

10. Please cherish this opportunity to exchange ideas, listen attentively, think hard and raise questions to achieve the purpose of expanding academic horizon, stimulating creative inspiration, inspiring scientific thinking and promoting academic friendship.
